Account Eligibility

Account Security

Prohibited Activities

Account Registration
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at koplo77 at any time. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The information required includes but is not limited to:
- Full name as shown on your MyKad or valid passport
- Identity card number (MyKad) or active passport number
- An active and reachable email address
- A valid Malaysian mobile phone number
- Exact date of birth for the purpose of age verification
koplo77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to confirm user identity. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
The identity verification process is a standard step to protect the security of your account and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policy.
Eligibility and Age Limit
koplo77 services are restricted to individuals who have reached the age of 21 and above only. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. koplo77 takes the responsibility of protecting minors very seriously.

The transaction limits in effect are as follows:
- Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction for all payment methods
- Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request
- Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours
All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used to make the deposit, unless special approval is granted by the koplo77 support team. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.
koplo77 does not charge any internal processing fees for deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges that are outside koplo77's control.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

The koplo77 welcome bonus gives you 200% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement that must be met is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
Examples of wagering requirement calculations:
- Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → account balance RM300 → wagering requirement: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
- Deposit RM400 → bonus RM300 (maximum cap) → account balance RM700 → wagering requirement: RM300 × 10 = RM3,000
All other bonuses including VIP cashback, special bonuses and periodic promotions are subject to their respective terms, which will be announced at the time the offer is made. koplo77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion without prior notice under certain circumstances.
Attempts to abuse bonuses through hedging bets, opening multiple accounts or other methods that go against the spirit of the promotion will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account closure.
Game Rules
All games available at koplo77 — including slots, live casino, sports betting and arcade games — are operated in accordance with the rules set by the software providers and the relevant regulatory bodies. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless a verified technical error has occurred.
In the event of a technical error or system disruption during gameplay, koplo77 reserves the right to void or replay the affected round. Wager amounts for rounds that were not completed due to a technical issue on koplo77's end will be returned to the user's account.

Prohibited Conduct

Account Termination

- Failed identity verification or false information
- A self-exclusion request from the user themselves or their next of kin

- Account inactivity exceeding the specified period
- Activities suspected of money laundering
